Pervez & Paul

Pervez, the company owner and DJ, started his life as a 'bedroom' DJ back in 1993. He started with a couple of second hand pieces of equipment bought from places like Tandy and Pro-disco. His first booking in Hereford was a Charity event for the Special Care Baby Unit. Although quite nervous he had been told he had a natural flair for music and with further bookings his confidence and reputation grew. He has described this time as a steep learning curve but one he has proved himself more than capable of. With more experience he was able to secure a consistent amount of bookings which allowed him to foster his current belief that high quality equipment provides quality sound and vision. To that end he now has an enviable array of sound and lighting equipment to provide a professional and competent service.

The company can cater for a wide variety of events and venues, including small intimate events for 40 people right up to a large event for 1,000. They specialise in weddings but can cater for birthdays, christenings, corporate events, engagements, anniversaries etc. Our disco service can be provided in stately homes, hotels, village halls, marquees or even private residences. No venue too big – no venue too small!

Our music policy. We will play whatever you want to hear. Our music catalogue comprises of Pop, Soul, Motown, Reggae, Hip Hop, Indie, 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's, 2000 and beyond, Rock, R’n’B, House, Dance, Trance or Old School. We have it all! Should you require a set play list of music, we can also do this for you at no extra charge. Pervez prides himself on providing the client with a professional service, as can be seen in the personal testimonies which can be viewed on this website by previous clients. The company keeps up to date with all the latest sounds – being a member of Pro Disc and the White Disc Label.

We have all of our equipment PAT (Portable Appliance Tested) on a regular basis as well as having substantial Public Liability Insurance (certificate can be viewed on this site).

Working alongside Pervez are Paul and Mick. Paul has previously worked as a resident DJ in a County nightclub and also in nightclubs in Wales as well as being a mobile DJ. Not only does Paul provide transport he also acts as a roadie – setting up the extensive array of equipment. Mick has a wealth of experience within the music business locally, having played drums in several well known local bands for more than 30 years. Mick also provides transport and a roadie service to the business. Both are keen music lovers and their aim is to support Pervez in providing the best music they possibly can to cater for your event.

Today in Herefordshire we have an excellent reputation and that is one we want to keep. We pride ourselves on being friendly, flexible and fun whilst providing a professional and highly regarded disco service. This can be seen by the number of repeat bookings we get from our clients.
